Actually, this isn't that simple, as you need to match the frame exactly.
If there is any way that it can be done with using the image as a
background image that can somehow be revealed would be the best bet.
Otherwise you need to create a rectangle that uses the proper frame
aspect. (look at the frame aspect in LW's Camera panel). For example,
rendering in D2 format would require a rectange that is 1.346 meters wide
by 1 meter tall (or multiples therof). If you move this rectangle so it
exactly fills the camera frame and is perfectly perpendicular to the
camera and is 100% luminous with the image planar mapped, you should get
pretty close...
